Tracks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 are all free improvisations; the alternate duo tracks are semi-improvised compositions using instruments from The Rosenberg Museum. The Howling Ant track is a multi-track composition.

With the exception of the Tenor Violin, all instruments are homemade automatons with some manual manipulation, the images of which can be found on www.jonroseweb.com
